The Sapienza Gardens are community gardens located in Hillsdale, New Jersey. These public gardens are maintained through the generous support and efforts of many community groups and volunteers. The objective of the Sapienza Gardens is to provide enriching educational and community programs and to instill both individual and civic respect for nature, an understanding of the flora and fauna in the area, and responsibility for contributing to New Jersey's need for a healthy environment.

Brick Fundraiser - The Trustees of the Sapienza Gardens have launched a brick campaign to help raise funds for the many planned projects and activities for this Community Garden.  Funds will be used to restore the area and to initially construct a Children’s Garden and Reading Garden ...

the first Saturday of the month from 9:00am - 11:00am
